Ford "go nowhere"

My Ford kuga 1.6 ecoboost was collected from my home due to the fact that the clutch went, there is a recall on the vehicle for a cracked clutch plate, Jason promised me the vehicle is going to be attended to on the 6th Jan 2020, getting stripped and inspected, no charges mentioned, just for me to go to lazarus Ford today to find Jason is on leave, R5000 is being charged for a strip and quote. R24000 QUOTE to get it fixed, 126000km on my car and need to replace the clutch, fords slogan should be "go nowhere". Really trusted the brand, never will I ever buy or recommend Ford to my worse enemy.
