****ed off at poor service reception.

I have serviced my Kia there for the 5 times I have had to service my car with them and each time I have to wait for my car while they service due to personal reasons. Now the first two times I was helped promptly without hesitation waited for my vehicle and it was done within 2 hours, but then I came across an *********** guy at their reception whose surname is Le Roux and my waiting time went from 2 hours to more than 5 and when I make follow ups with him, the lies and blatant disregard he gives is just appalling. I did ask Kia centurion if we are allowed to wait for our vehicle and yes we are allowed and that means yours will take priority but the nonsense of arring at the dealer at 07:00am and still see your car waiting at 11:00am Is the worst experience and when you follow up, he says no the car is in while I can see the car waiting there, their service is by far the worst I have seen, particularly from the Le Roux guy.
