Disgusted with Lazarus

I hope this reaches the right audience.

I have been dealing with Rob Gough a sales exec at Lazarus Kia. We were busy doing a deal on a VW CC. I was awaiting clearance from Transunion and sent him the clearance certificate and all communication.

On the 25th of September 2018, he advised me if i pay a deposit he will hold the vehicle for me. I paid the 10% deposit as requested. I called him today and he tells me that the car is sold. He doesn't call me i had to call him.

I requested that he holds on with the submission as i am awaiting confirmation from Transunion. He goes ahead and submits dispite me telling him to hold on.

After being promised the vehicle 2 days ago. I am now also sitting with 2 additional enquiries on my credit record.

Please advise how you plan on rectifying this situation?
