Car supp**** with wrong paint

I bought a Kia Picanto from Lazarus Motors from Neil Ross. when I got home I realized that the car did not have metallic paint as I had requested and paid for. I contacted Neil twice. His only answer was that the documents said it was metallic. They later phoned me to hear if I was happy. I mentioned the problem, but they also never got back to me.
