Car service but still saying change engine oil same day.

I’m swear I’m only giving a star only because there is no other option. I’m lost for words to say the least. I took my car for a service today 07/03/2023 in the morning around 9. To my suprise the lady just call and say the fee will will be this much within 20 minutes of leaving No further words nothing👀🤕. Ok cool. But please understand this is not my first car service.. Later on we get a call to say car is ready, I get there wipers ticked ok, I’m like how cause I know I personally broke one , 👀Then I started asking was things one by one if this n this is fine cause at this stage my heart is telling something is funny here.

I was honestly feeling weird about the whole thing and if my car is really service .😬

Cut the story short I paid and drive out. 5 minutes after I get home I switch off the car and restart the car and boom, all the error messages of why I took my car for service still there:

(CHANGE ENGINE OIL) Like guys how? Kanti was serviced in this car ? Is this car is even service? Or a job card was just signed ?

-no breaks changed -wipes they lie on the paper n they say fine and they had to put one while I’m sitting there. - No single call or call to notify me of things that a wrong in my car.

Like what’s happening? What car service is this ? Cause clearly something is wrong here. “Change engine oil message from a car coming from service???

How safe am I in the road even?

Wt is it that was done In the car?

Can someone please explain to me one by one wat was done on my car exactly .. please .if not for customer service cn it be done for my safety on the road please .
