Broke our car

Dear Lazarus Ford, how is it posible that we bring you our car and it was perfect, you only had to service the car. When we got our car back the engine warning came on. We took it to Ford and they said they fixed their mistake. Half way home the same thing. The manager gave us the blame (you are some kind of special Hannes) they then fixed it again. Guess what half way home the same warning light came on. Now after being serviced 3 times it is still broken. And Ford is blaming us, they messed with our engine not us. Worst service ever!!!
