Bad Service start to finish

I booked my car in at this dealership more than a week ago under warranty. The service advisors are poorly trained and refer me to the one staff member after another but no one gets back to me. I confirmed on booking that I have a valid warranty yet the dealership wants to charge me for all the repairs. They're not sure themselves what exactly is wrong with the car and seems to be grasping at straws when they do faultfinding. Every time is a different story and a different part that needs fixing but they insist that I must pay for the repairs although I have an extended warranty! No one is able to tell me 7 days later what will be repaired and covered under the warranty! I have no other car and am stranded and they just have no sense of urgency. I pay so MUCH and have to put up with such poor service! Ford SA will never have my endor*****t going forward!
