Bad Service at Ford Lazarus Motor Company

My car was not serviced even after trying to book for it several times, I even did I walk in and they told me I have to do it online, in June I finally managed to get a booking then they told me that my kilos are already over they agreed kilos.

They have since told me that, they sent my issue at ford SA and they are awaiting feedback. its over a month now!
