Bad Service and Profit making scheme

My car bumped a pavement its a Ford Kuga 2015 SUV so I bent the tie rod end and the starring rack .I took my car to Ford Lazarus they quoted me R29 000 for a rack end and tie rod end then additionally they charged me R3 200 for alignment and this was a quote from Rochelle so I didn't agree then my car was there for four days then I fetched my car took it to Rob's Tyres then they charged me R2000 for everything and my car is 100% fine now just to sum up Ford Lazarus provides bad service and they are ****** they ended up arguing when I fetched my car from them about that R29 000 saying it was quoted wrong now beware of their bad service especially when you are black you will be running around I'm just talking about my experience very disappointed why I even bought a car from them never again.
