Bad service

I have received the worst service at Lazarus Ford, I took my car to service and before getting a shuttle to go to work, it took 1hour for them to allocate a driver, and even before getting transport I had to enquire first.

Then I received a call when my car was ready for pick up, the driver called me at 12h00 saying he will come in within the next 15 minutes, I waited for almost 1hour 20minutes before the driver arrived.

I had to keep on calling the receptionist and was transferred from one person to another.

No one bothered to apologize all I am getting is surveys that I must complete to rate their bad service.

Lazarus Ford does not value customer service.
