Atrocious service at Lazarus Ford Motor Company

Absolutely terrible service and experience at Lazarus Ford in Centurion. I took in my car for a service on the 6th of January. My air conditioning unit was working before the service and stopped working after I got it back from the service. I brought this to their attention immediately after but they only scheduled to fix it almost two weeks after, so I had to live without an aircon for two weeks in the middle of summer. To add insult to injury I had to pay 1440 to get the aircon fixed because they claim that they do not work with aircon during the service and that it was not their fault. I find this hard to believe.
