Above and beyond

<p>I purchased a Ford from Lazarus Motor Company in Centurion over December. The vehicle is great, but what genuinely impressed me, was the service of sales team. Any inqueries I had were answered within in minutes. All the information was clear and to the point. I didn't have to struggle with fine print and the sales team were very frank and open about all options availble, from the vehicle to financing. I left every discussion feeling well informed and more sure of the purchase, instead of confused and worried about being taken advantage of as has been the norm for me when buying a car in the past.<br /><br />When I went to pick up the car, I had not yet arranged for insurance (I had honestly forgotten to do so). I was fully expecting to be sent home to make the arrangements and return later, but the sales person remained freindly and helpful. She assisted me with all the necessary admin to insure I got my vehicle home withtout having to make another trip. She was wonderful with my small boy as I was filling out the paperwork. She walked with him on the sales floor, answering his questions and even allowing him to climb into some of the demo vehicles as if he was a buyer, which he enjoyed beyond words. The car was accompanied by a girft basket and a little photo session that made the whole thing feel special and fun.<br /><br />I went to buy a car and I got an experience. I could not be happier.</p>
