Lazada wont refund for sending wrong item.

I received the wrong item. I had ordered a kindle paperwhite for my wife (RM599) and received a chromecast (RM179) instead. She only opened the box 3 weeks after receiving it as it was a gift and foound that it was the wrong item. Can we return? or get refunded the difference? adam

ok this is unfortunate. not even a voucher? the image above clearly shows that the sticker from my order was put onto the wrong box There are 2 different package numbers adam
