I had to have items delivered today for the latest and I contacted customer service but they will not assist me. They never do. All they do is apologize and hope that I will get my package. It's never pleasant speaking to their customer service team because they don't even assist you. I told them I'm moving apartment and today is the last I can get it at the stated address otherwise it will be sent to an address I don't have access to.
