Bad service- Lanydards4U

I received a quote from Lanyard4U. I signed the quote and paid immediately. That was on the 11 June 2024. Then we exchanged emails and I sent the artwork, and they said they need them in vector. Of which I supp**** them. On the 1July I followed up seeing that I was not getting any response from them. The owner Marinda, indicated that she has missed that. She will get on to it immediately. I followed up again on the 3rd, the 4th and on the 5th. The receptionist indicated that they are not done, they will be done by next week Monday.

Their terms are "4. Delivery: Within five working days from receipt of payment and artwork. Depending on quantity ordered and receipt of artwork approval."

This is breach of terms as they received payment and artwork on the 11th.

I called three times and the receptionist kept on saying that she is on the phone she will call back however she never did. She also said I will get an email, however I have not received an email. I have not received the Lanyards after paying a full amount as they required that we pay the full amount. She is not picking up my calls

They cannot be trusted, their service is terrible.
