Very poor customer service

I bought Lithium batteries from this company, and it turned out the batteries does not work on my Mecer UPS so I exchange them for two gel batteries and have been struggling for 3 weeks to get my refund from these guys, if you don't follow up with then on a regular basis you hear anything back.
