loss of Profit

I would like to sue a lawyer that has been helping us with the case against Minister of police, where the police seased our liquor in 2011 and the case ended in 2017,however the attorney that was representing us is now avoiding my calls for the past two years and when I go to his office he's never available. The problem now is that after we won the case he claimed for loss of profit and then after he fled he doesn't communicate with me or my mother and this is stressing my mum since she want to expand her business. Someone please advise on where can I go on about sueing this lawyer
