Non Existent Service

On 28 April, I contacted Laws Plumbing to come and find out what was wrong with my geyser as there was no hot water, Carl from Laws Plumbing had a look and told me that the element had burnt out and that he would need to get another element from Epping the next day. I confirmed with them the next day to go ahead with the work. When I phoned later that afternoon to find out what was happening, I was told that he would attend to the problem. Shortly afterwards he arrived with an assistant who was instructed to empty the geyser and that he would return to replace the element. The emptying of the geyser was done but not without a lot of water being spilt on to the ceiling which we found out about a few dats later when a large mark appeared on the ceiling. Carl came and installed the element and said that everything was working and wanted payment straight away. We paid him and thought that there was hot water again. Next morning, no hot water!!!!!! Phoned Laws Plumbing and asked that Carl come back and fix the problem. He came back with an electrician who point out that the solar water pump was the problem. Carl advised us that he had a second hand pump in his workshop and begged us to let him fit it on Monday 3 May as he and his wife were going away for the weekend. He disconnected the solar system and promised to be back at 11am on the Monday after we agreed to his request. 11am Monday arrived, no Carl. At !2,40pm I phoned to find out where he was and was told that he was on an emergency call out. I asked the receptionist to find out what time was he going to come and finish. The lady said that she would phone him and come back to me. At 2.25pm, I phoned again - no answer. At 2.30pm, still no answer. At 2.45pm, I tried again - still no answer. I gave up trying to contact this company and contacted another company who fixed the problem and were more professional
