Useless after service

What a pathetic and useless after sales from this company. I bought a new chainsaw a month ago, used it not even 2 days and it's been in to repair for 3 weeks. It got taken to be repaired and sent back saying it's 100% working. NOT EVEN FIXED OR LOOKED AT WHAT WAS WRONG. Who ever looked at it is clearly *********** and does not give a damb. I use it for work and lost out on over three weeks work = no income! Pull up your Sox and get staff that actually give a damb and check things properly.
