Do not buy from this company - they will not be in business much longer

Is it possible to give minus stars? I recently bought a trimmer from Lawnstar, because it said proudly South African and I would like to support South African products. It broke after 1 use. The quality is very poor and they do not honour their guarantee. From other reviews it is evident that they will always blame the customer, saying that the product was misused. If a trimmer, which needs to be robust, breaks after being used once then you know the quality must be very bad. Lawnstar, you should be ashamed to put 'South African' on your packaging.
