Worse Service to date

Terrible experience at this branch. I provided full details — model, make, and part numbers — yet the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and insisted I bring the whole machine in. They wanted to charge R250 just to “assess” it, despite having all the info already.

When I returned to ask about a chainsaw handle, the technician actually said, “Where the hell must I find that?” — shocking attitude, zero professionalism, and clear anger issues.

I found the same parts elsewhere with no problem from a much friendlier, more competent company. I serviced my own machine — it works perfectly.

Lawnmowers for Africa Brackenfell is unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid them. Staff should be ashamed of their attitude and lack of basic customer service.
