Poor Service and bad attitude

I took in our complex lawnmower for repairs on 25 Jan. When I queried how long it would take, the owner pointed to a sign on the wall which clearly states 15 Business Days. It is now 16 business days and upon phoning to follow up I was given a verbal quote to fix but the mower is not repaired. They did not contact me at any time to advise of the quote and when I queried the 15 business days to repair the person on the phone argued with me and said it wasn't just me. I asked to speak to the owner but was told that he is not there. End of conversation - no apologies no offer to take a message no commitment as to when it can be ready.
