Sub standard products supp**** by Lawn for Africa and dishonest supplier

I would give them a zero if only it was possible. Everything about Lawn for Africa is wrong. They delivered DEAD grass and told me that it was because it had not rained so far this year. They guaranteed me that the grass will revive should we wet the grass at least twice a day for two weeks. Today dates more than a month later with more than half of the lawn still being dead.

I contacted Lawn for Africa to enquire as to why the grass is still dead and to request either new grass or a refund. Magdagleen made a commitment to send someone out to come and do an inspection which to date have not happened. She then shifted the blame to me saying that the soil must have been in an undesirable condition.
