Poor quality grass

<p>We have planted grass in our yard 6 months ago and it doesn’t grow at all. The owner of this company said we should wait until summer for it to grow?? We contacted him constantly. He is full of excuses and says that it doesn’t grow due to a lack of sun. I was very irritated and surprised because some of the units which is the same as ours has Kikiyu which is perfect and its only September now. They have the exact same conditions as our house. We paid money for a product we trusted but the only explanation I have is that they used poor quality grass – thinking back now I remembered I thought on planting day that they use irregular offcuts with no preparation of soil. Usually instant grass is also rolled out. They refuse to accept responsibility and will only replace it if you pay again. Do not use this company because you will lose money and be disappointed. Not even to mention the grass which was unevenly planted. There are better suppliers out there so don’t let the name "Lawn for Africa" mislead you to think this is an iconic product because it’s not. We are replacing the grass again but using someone who is trusted. </p>
