Horrible lawn

<p>we decided that we want to install new lawn at our house, I contracted lawn for africa and arranged and paid in full for the lm lawn (as advised by them) to be installed the following satday. N week after the lawn was installed it startes looking horrible I mailed them with photos and got a response saying the grass is fine and it looks like that because it its colder( it was not cold by that time) as the weeks progressed we started notice how the grass patches look different from other even in colour. Ive sent 4 mails saying the grass looks very bad and is dying EVERYTIME I get a reponse saying the grass looks fine ( we had guests over that also say the grass looks horrible not only has it compleatly died but it is terribly UNEVEN. I sent a mail stating this and still have received no response. The grass was expensive!!! Our neighbours also had instant lawn planted same time as us different company and their lawn is perfect. Our grass looks horrible and uneven and when i say i am u happy in my last mail I got no reply</p>
