Put Under Debt Review without consent!!

LawAid put me under debt review without my consent and even went as far as falsifying my signature! I have been contacting then for more than a month and I get nowhere. I didn't consent to being put under debt review yet they say I must pay a cancellation fee! I have screenshots and proof that the consultant who followed up on if I wanted their services has messaged me on the 12 of April but the document that was forged was signed on the 11th! It doesn't add up at all! I can't keep going back and forth on this, especially when I want to sort my debts out! The person responsible apparently doesn't work there anymore, her name is Chanel and I'm sure she just wanted to reach her targets and used my details! I'm so frustrated and disgusted! This is *******! My credit score is in the dumps for something i didnt sign up for and I had told that consultant that I was not interested!
