Law aid debt review cancellation

I was signed up under debt review under false pretenses nothing was explained to me as to what debt review actually is afterlaw aid debited and the bank debited I did my own research and decided I do not need this they were quick to call for the sale but no customer service at all no after sale care after numerous request to cancel via email and their whatsapp line I have not had any response.

I would like to have this canceled and I am capable of paying my own debt every month.
