Incompetence form LawAid

On the 3rd May, 2024, I recieved a call from LaeAid to assist me with my financial issues. They were very helpful on the on ghe phone but I haven't recieved any documents from them and their phone numbers ***) don't work. I've call the NCR and they gave me the same phone number. LaeAid is a very unprofessional company that does not answer their phones or assist once they got your money.
