Disappointed with Lawaid's lack of response and poor service.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Lawaid and their subpar customer service. Since the 3rd of October 2023, I have been desperately trying to get a response from Lawaid regarding a pressing matter, but to no avail.

Despite multiple attempts to reach emails, Lawaid has shown a complete disregard for their clients' needs. It is absolutely unacceptable to be left waiting for weeks without any form of acknowledgment, let alone a resolution to my concern.

As a customer, I have certain expectations when engaging with a legal service provider. Unfortunately, Lawaid has failed to meet even the most basic of these expectations. Their lack of responsiveness and clear communication has left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and helpless.

Effective communication is vital when dealing with legal matters, where time is of the essence. The unresponsiveness from Lawaid has caused unnecessary delays and hindered my ability to make informed decisions about my case.

Furthermore, the level of service provided by Lawaid is far from satisfactory.

I entered into an agreement with Lawaid with the expectation that they would provide me with reliable legal guidance and support. However, their abysmal response time and negligible customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied.

I urge Lawaid to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the assistance that I have rightfully sought. I hope that my concerns are addressed promptly, and that no other customer has to endure such a disappointing experience with their services.
