I bought a property through Law24 and it was registered in my name in March 2026, to this day I have not occupied the property. critical information was only disclosed after registration, leaving me to deal with occupation and eviction issues. The property was NOT delivered with vacant occupation as promised by the seller Lindi Mafiri and since then I have been left to fight this battle on my own. everyone else got paid (estate agent got her commission and the seller paid the proceeds of the sale) and moved on, while I am still sitting with the consequences. My experience has been a complete nightmare. If I had known then what I know now, I would never have signed that deal.
