POOR RESPONSE FROM LAW SOCIETY

I can't believe that people don't respond when you leave messages and send emails. We have been busy with complaints against lawyers since 2016. We eventually had a meeting with the committee members on 30th October 2018 an it is now 2020 and we are still waiting for an answer. Every time I make contact with them the PA is either on leave or off sick. If they do answer their response is we will revert back to you. When I leave messages for the more senior people I don't even get a response. I actually wonder if they are there to assist the public or is this just window dressing?
