No help from Law society

i am so disappointed with this body.when i reported my problem with the Lawyer whic keeps debing my account i was reffered to the NRC.off which years ago when i have a similar problem i was helped and they wrote to the lawyer concerned.and my matter was resolved.but now they cannt help me.
