Rude & unprofessional service from the Law Society Northern Province

Lorraine Mashudu PA to Willem Wolmarans at the Law Society Norther Province is so rude. Instead of assisting me with a legal matter she put down the phone in my ear. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!!
