On Friday 06 Feb 2015 at 11:51 I sent an email addressed to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] regarding *** as I wanted to make an arrangement for making payments towards this account. When contacting the call centre asking to speak to Kyle, the receptionist would put me through seemingly the line would be cut off intentionally. <br> <br> Got the following reference numbers on the same day with a short message:<br> Date: 2015-02-06 <br> Thank you for contacting LAW Credit. <br> Your request has been received and we will respond shortly.<br> Service request number: [LAW-***] and Service request number: [LAW-***]<br> With which NOBODY BOTHERED TO RESPOND. Sent another mail on the 24th at 10:42 seeing that nobody came back to me non whatso ever!! Got the following REF #<br> Date: 2015-02-24 <br> Thank you for contacting LAW Credit. <br> Your request has been received and we will respond shortly.<br> Service request number: [LAW-***]<br> Sent another mail the following day at 11:08 asking them if they cant help they must point me in the right direction as I want to make payments, this time got no reference number AT ALL<br> <br> <br>
