Refund

I bought a stand from Work @ Law in 2018, only to find out that the stand was not registered due to the fact that the owners of the stand were deceased. I asked for a refund from the owner of Work @ Law (Refiloe Mahlasela). She told me stories up until today, we signed a AOD November last year, she only paid me R10,000 that's all. Please help.
