Experience ruined

My partner organized massages for the 2 of us as. Valentines gift at Lavita Spa in Magaliespark. The massage the******s were excellent but our experience was ruined by a loud, moaning child of under 5 years of age who was allowed into the spa even though there is a big sign stating no children under 13. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she rep**** that she was irritated as no children are allowed in under 13 yet no one bothered to enforce this rule. When I complained on their fb page, I was told that someone would get back to me. I supp**** my email address and mobile number. Almost a week later and no response.
