BEYOND DISGUSTED

I bought a Mommy and Me manicure or pedicure voucher only to be misled and fooled when I needed to secure our booking. They provided me with a contact number yet their line was forever on subscriber is currently not available message every time I attempted to call them. Upon deciding to email as no contact was being made via their contact info provided of which I got the email address from their website only then did I make contact successfully. Unfortunately at the time Nicola was attending to my email I was not available. The main and sole purpose of me even purchasing this voucher was to treat my daughter as a post graduation treat for her as she always wants to do her nails when I have mine done. WOW biggest mistake ever was to go for their special as not only did Nicola take me for a ride but I feel she was NEVER honest from the on set. As my initial email clearly stated my voucher will expire on 15 December and I had been trying to get in contact with them telephonically but with no luck up until I used their email address platform instead. My question is if you know you no longer have availabilities to accommodate your clients why continue selling your vouchers online? Why inform me of available date only to later advise those dates are no longer available? Then you later say people made bookings last month yet a few hours ago theses same time slots were available? Then cherry on top when I kindly request you to confirm these available date you have but don't meet my requests you decided to ignore me entirely? WOW as much as it might be petty cash in your eyes to me it was more about honouring a promise I made to my daughter and not the money I will be loosing.
