Excellent customer service

I ordered a king-size headboard online from Lavish Nest to be delivered by courier. The customer service and communication was excellent. I was particularly impressed when I informed them that what I had initially received was not quite what I expected, they were immediately willing to send me a new, replacement headboard with the correct specification. I am delighted with the replacement and wish to thank Lavish Nest for all the effort they went to.
