Quality is the worst

I am still trying to figure out whether they delivered synthetic hair or bonding. It tangles!!! Only wore it once on my graduation and it looks like i pour frozen water all over it. Lol.. Smells like inja emanzi! Arrived smelling like doll hair, not even in a package that represents the business. Just plain plastic yama china.
