Poor customer service

I ordered hair through one of their ordering methods, through whatsapp. This was on the 14th May. I paid the same day for my order including delivery. I was told the delivery will take 1 to 10 days, even though I'm in Johannesburg. I was promised an order number and a delivery tracking number. It's the 30th of May, and I have neither. I was told the hair will be dispatched on Thursday 27th May. I am getting no communication, their number goes to voicemail. They don't respond to texts or emails. The worst online service I have ever experienced.
