Order not received after 2 months

Bad experience.

I ordered hair from this company online as it looked reputable and reliable but its been a nightmare. its been 2 months now and I have not received my hair. upon doing several follow-ups on my order, empty promises were made. she resorted to giving me a **** waybill from Courier guy which does not exist. I have requested for a refund but now I'm being ignored. I am so disappointed as I have lost R3200. Never order from this company please.
