Ignored messages and No delivery

I am so upset with you guys. I placed my order on the 18th of September till today nothing. You have now started ignoring my Instagram messages when l app or call, is this why you disabled your direct line because you are ********?? You have bad reviews and my gosh l wish people saw this before placing orders. I am a second time client of yours and l expected some courtesy but No. I am upset
