Not worth the money

I recently paid R1300.00 for a Amado frying pan from Kloppers and after using it twice it has tarnished at the bottom. I contacted the supplier and from the get go they have been disinterested in what I have experienced. When you pay such a lot of money I expect stuff to last and at least the supplier to assist and help with my query. I have basically been told they are not interested I have even spoken to the rep who said he would sort it out but now he does not answer my messages so what do I do now
