Bad experience

One star to many I am absolutely disgusted by your service I have ordered multiple times now and have alot of work colleagues that also ordered from you and we all share the same disappointment. Your food is either cold uppon arrival or late if not both. Or it is nothing like you stated it would be. I have given you the benefit of doubt but after today I am done and I guarantee that you will be shut down sooner or later. I pre ordered food from you 5 hours in advance confirmation an hour before the scheduled delivery that they will still deliver on time. Not to my suprise it did not. My messages got read and not answered phone calls went ignored. When the driver got to me eventually I asked him what seemed to be the problem and he also could not give me an answer and told me to go to social media. He also explained that the drivers get treated like absolute garbage and get paid next to nothing. How do you expect them to be loyal and make a living if you treat them like this. Please expect a massive complaint and I will make sure that hello peter also hears about this. Half eaten food,cold food,late delivery, absolutely rude service,only some of the things you should start sharing instead of all these so call good reviews. No wonder you need to offer so many specials probably just to keep your doors open. Absolutely shameful
