Worst experience
We bought our property via Lavender Properties. The real estate agent, Annelise Potgieter was very pushy initially, rushing us to provide documents and sign the paperwork etc. As soon as the bank paid and she received her commission she went mute on us and never had time to answer our questions. We now had to chase after her for our house keys and access to the complex. We eventually has to arrange to pick up the house keys from the seller and arrange access to the complex ourselves almost 6 weeks after the registration of the property, meaning that the first bind payment was processed while we still didn't have access to our property.
