Good day Paulo.   Thank you for sharing both your thoughts and concerns.  Quite frankly, the bad reviews are relatively old and some of them are untrue. To make things worse, we failed to reply back and challange those bad reviews on this platform ...Hello Peter. The company remedied all the problems and issues of those customers that complained.  We constantly improving and striving to provide not only the best products in the market and the best prices but also provide the best service.  We have sold over a thousand braais and a thousand fireplaces in the few years. Surely we are doing something right?
