Poor service from Lava Fires

I do not recommend Lava Fires.

First of all, after I paid my deposit and sent proof of payment I got ignored for a week by Amit (I followed up every day) and I was convinced I had been ****med. I eventually phoned the head office number and got assistance.

Secondly, when my fireplace was delivered there was only 1 person, the driver, who expected me (a pregnant woman) to help him carry it into my house. It is way over 50KG - I had to phone all my neighbours to find someone to help.

Thirdly, the installation manual says that you need to use firetape to install the flues which was not included. I sent an email to enquire and they had no idea what firetape was and said that they had never heard of their units needing this. I then told them that it is an instruction IN THEIR INSTALLATION MANUAL and I was ignored by Noel. I sent a follow up email. I was ignored again. Only when I sent an email to say that I will be rating them poorly did I get a response again that they dont know what I am talking about. So I had to send a picture of THEIR OWN installation manual.
