Poor service

I have been trying to purchase a built in braai from Lava Fires since March this year (2021) and to date I have just had excuses . So I went onto Hellopeter to see if anyone else has had similar issues. I'm glad I went this route as it seems that many others have had problems with service and quality issues. Their web site and pricing seem great but that is where it ends. It must be that they have too much business in order to keep new customers happy, I will rather look else where and pay a little more than stress myself out with a company that cannot give service.
