Poor Customer Service from Lava Fires

On the 30th January 2021, we went to lava fires and saw fireplace that we loved and we gave two sales people our measurements and left contact details for the quote.

Poor service from Lava fires, it's two weeks later we were promised a quote and are still waiting for it. Clearly their business is doing well and don't need our business. We have been begging them for a quote and till to date nothing. We have made numerous phone calls and they confirmed that they will send the quotation and nothing so far.

Poor and pathetic service.
