Lava Fires incompetence or just a pure ****

The most frustrating experience! Incompetence or just a pure **** I’m no sure. Lava fires has been sitting with my R20K since May 2022 when I ordered the fireplace. They don’t return calls, texts or emails, I have to beg for any form of response. I’m being sent from pillar to post speaking to 5 different people and I still don’t have a fireplace nor my money back. Winter has come and gone. A month ago they said they were finally ready for installation of my fireplace except I have to now pay more money on top of the deposit before they start any work. That’s when I drew the line and cancelled the whole thing. They asked for my bank details 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have my money back-it’s a different sob story everyday. I regret ever doing any business with Lava Fires!
